Register & Login

Hit https://dash.furnifixer.com/auth/register. Fill in all the fields and Agree to the terms and service to “Register” at the Furni Fixer.

Hit https://dash.furnifixer.com/auth/login and give your Username and Password to log in your Furni Fixer account.

Login your account and click on “Change Password” under your name located on the top right corner. Fill in the old password, new password and your account’s password will be changed.

After logging in your account, go to “My Account” and edit the details from there whichever you want to.

No, you cannot remove your Cut Out Image Account yourself. Please write us an email at: [email protected] and we will make your account dormant.

Create a New Order

Create an order is simple and that easy.

  • Login to your Cut Out Image Account
  • Hit “Create New Order” Button
  • Upload Images & Choose Image Complexity
  • When Uploading is Finished, Hit “Place Order” Button
  • If you wish to Pay Now, Hit “Pay Now” instead of “Place Order” button

Below is the screenshot how you could submit an order in details.

We tried to make the Portal Interface as easy as possible. That is why decided use One Pager Order Form. You don’t need to instruct us like a legacy style. We have put the most of the services required by our customers on the “Order Form”. So, you will just need to pick the one you need.

However, if you need something that is not there, you have the option to write your details in the order details section on the message box.

Please see the screen below and let us know what else you would need.

Everything is mentioned inside the service portal where while creating the order, you need to upload the images.

Please see the screen below and you will need to upload the images in the mentioned sections. You can simply click on it to select images from your computer or just “Drag & Drop” files or folders in it.

Please Note: If you drop a folder all the files in it or its sub-directory will be added but the folder structure will not be maintain in the final order delivery.

You don’t need any other way to upload the images. Just go to the Service Portal and upload as many images as you want without the use of FTP or any other transfer application.

But if you still like to use your Own FTP, Our FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive – you can use to send the images over to us. Please use the recipient as: [email protected].

However, we also offer to transmit files via WeTransfer Channel.

While creating the order, you need to make the payment at that moment only. But if you have regular work to be done from us, we suggest choosing “Pay Later” where in you have to make the weekly payments. This is an automated process.

We accept payments via Skrill, Payoneer, PayPal, Payza, Google Wallet, 2Checkout and all types of debit and credit cards via Stripe, 2Checkout and PayPal.

 

Create A new Quote

Requesting quote is as simple as submitting an order. To submit a quotation request please follow the steps bellow:

  • Login to your Cut Out Image Account
  • Hit “Request Quotation” button a the left top corner of the page
  • Upload all your images in the Drop Image Area
  • Enter your Title of the quote and message detailing the service requirements
  • Choose other services add-ons if you need one
  • Hit “Quote Request” Button under summary section

While you submit a quote request it is important that you mention all your requirements and the quote will be reviewed on your requirements & services as you want us to render on your images. However, there are some predefined service options that you might select which fits your requirements. If those do not work for you, you should write us your requirement in details in the message box. See the screen below where you are to enter your instructions.

Please try to be as specific as possible to avoid over charging while we review your quote.

In this case, I would refer the same as you would upload images for a new order. You can simply upload images for quotation request on your account in the upload section (See Below Screenshot). Alternatively, you can send us your images via our WeTransfer Channel (https://wetransfer.com) to get a quote.
We usually take an hour or two to review your quote. However, any questions you have about our services — you can call us at: +1-844-866-5577 or email us at: [email protected].
We have tried our best to give you all the possible facility inside the Service Portal and you upload Unlimited Number of Images with the max size of 3GB Each (I wish no image files go bigger than this :P). However, you still have the option to send us the images via different ways like using Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Copy and Egnite etc. Please use the recipient address as: [email protected] to send the images over to us. If you the prices given on a quote for your images do not fit your budget, you can then reject the quote as you wish. To reject a quote which is reviewed by the Cut Out Image Team, please follow the steps below:
  • Login to your Cut Out Image Account
  • Go to “Quotations” from left navigation bar. You will see all the quotes listing with their status
  • Click on “Reject” Button to reject this order
Please note that this quote will be marked as rejected and will be kept on your account as for your record. If you need further assistance please feel free to call us or email us at: [email protected].
You can now submit order using the quote that you have accepted upon reviewed by Cut Out Image Team. If you don’t wish to submit orders using the quote you have accepted for any reason, you can submit a new Quotation Request on your images again. Its your wish how want to use the system. To “Place an Order” using an accepted quote please follow the steps below:
  • Login to your Cut Out Image Account
  • Go to “Quotations” from left navigation bar. You will see all the quotes listing with their status
  • Click on “Place Order” Button to at the very right side of the respective quote
You will now be able to use this quote to submit multiple order using the same prices for the similar complexity of images. If you need further assistance please feel free to call us or email us at: [email protected].
Yes, you can use the same quote to submit multiple orders for the similar complexity of images as the prices will be the same for the similar type and complexity of image. The concept of using the same quote is to reduce back and forth checking again and again and submitting quote every time when you have new images from the same client and of complexity. To “Place Multiple Order” using the same accepted quote please follow the steps below:
  • Login to your Cut Out Image Account
  • Go to “Quotations” from left navigation bar. You will see all the quotes listing with their status
  • Click on “Place Order” Button to at the very right side of the respective quote to place an order
  • Please follow the same steps for each time you have an order for us

Upload & Download Methods

Yes, you can use services like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Egnyte, WeTransfer, FTP Server to send images over to us. We don’t recommend to send us files other than the way you have using our portal. If you wish to use your Own FTP, Our FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box or Egnyte etc. – you can use to send the images over to us, no problem at all. Please use the recipient as: [email protected]. However, we also offer to transmit files via WeTransfer Channel.

Once your task is completed at our end, you will get an email notification to download the images. Then using the download link, you can download your work any time you feel free. Also there is a download button at the very right side of the each respective orders. This button will not be activated unless the order is delivered from our side. So, please don’t be worried about it.

Please see the below sample email you will get upon your order delivery.

No there is no need of any software to download the images. Simply Login the account and using the download link, you can download the images. You will also see a Download Button at the very right side of each order to download the order as many times as you want to download.  

All the downloads links, button on the respective orders will be working for next 90 days from the date of an order is delivered. It means that after that you will no longer be able to download the completed images. However, within this specified period of times, you can download the orders as many time as you needed the files for any purpose.

Because we don’t believe that we do not need to keep those files on server more than 90 days while most customers usages their completed images likely after we deliver to them.
